Kalkhoff Image 5 Season Electric Bike 2027

The Kalkhoff Image 5 Season 2027 is a premium, low-maintenance city and leisure e-bike built for long days in the saddle. Its upright riding position, large 800Wh battery and fully equipped specification make it equally at home on daily journeys, relaxed weekend rides and longer touring routes.

Powerful Bosch Performance Line PX assistance

The Bosch Performance Line PX Smart System motor provides an 85Nm factory setting for confident starts, hills and loaded rides. Up to 90Nm is available with supported software and settings, subject to Kalkhoff’s configuration. The compact Bosch Purion 200 colour display keeps essential ride information and controls within easy reach and includes walk assist.

800Wh battery and long-distance capability

A fully integrated Bosch PowerTube 800Wh battery provides the capacity for extended rides, with a maximum range of approximately 100 miles under favourable conditions. The battery is removable for charging and storage.

Quiet Gates belt drive and Nexus hub gears

The Gates Carbon Drive CDX belt is clean, quiet and highly durable. Combined with Shimano’s robust Nexus 5-speed internal hub, it reduces day-to-day maintenance while providing practical gearing for urban riding and leisure trips.

Comfort designed into every journey

An SR Suntour Mobie A32 fork with 75mm travel and an aluminium suspension seatpost help smooth rough road surfaces. The upright geometry, adjustable stem, Herrmans ergonomic grips and Selle Royal Essenza Plus Stracciatella saddle support a relaxed, controlled riding position.

Ready for everyday use

The Image 5 Season includes Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, 29-inch wheels with Schwalbe Green Marathon tyres, extra-long aluminium mudguards, a 27kg MIK HD rear carrier, adjustable stand and powerful integrated lighting. The Spanninga rear light adds a brake-light function for improved visibility.

Frame, colour and size choices

Choose the Low Step (Wave) frame in Polarblue Matt or Diamondblack Matt, available in S 43cm, M 48cm, L 53cm and XL 58cm. The Crossbar (Diamond) frame is offered in Diamondblack Matt in M 48cm, L 53cm, XL 58cm and XXL 63cm.
