All sale e-bikes are either brand new or ex-display models in excellent condition. Each bike is fully inspected and tested by our qualified technicians before sale.

Do the sale bikes still come with a warranty?

Yes — all new e-bikes include the full manufacturer’s warranty. Ex-display or demo bikes also come with a warranty, which we’ll clearly specify on each listing.

How fast can you prepare my order for delivery?

We generally require up to 24-48 hours to get your ready to deliver.

Can I test ride a sale e-bike before buying?
