Returns Policy
30-day returns. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused/unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email sales@virtueelectricbikes.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, please send it to the address detailed below, enclosing a copy of your order number.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can’t accept returns for:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalised products (including special orders)

Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure about your item, please email us before returning it.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As above, the item must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact sales@virtueelectricbikes.com.
