The Kalkhoff Image 5 Auto makes everyday riding feel wonderfully straightforward. Automatic Enviolo gearing chooses the ratio for you, while the Bosch Performance Line PX motor and large 800Wh battery support relaxed journeys through town, weekend rides and longer days exploring. An upright riding position, belt drive and practical equipment make this a comfortable e-bike to use regularly.

Automatic gears that adapt as you ride

The Enviolo Trekking automatic stepless hub adjusts the gearing to help maintain your chosen pedalling rhythm. There are no fixed gear steps to work through, so you can concentrate on the road as your speed and the gradient change. The Gates Carbon Drive CDX belt runs quietly and needs no chain oil, helping keep everyday maintenance simple.

Bosch assistance and a clear Kiox 300 display

The Bosch Performance Line PX Smart System motor delivers confident assistance for starts, hills and carrying luggage. It has an 85Nm factory setting, with up to 90Nm available through supported software and settings, subject to Kalkhoff’s configuration. Assistance cuts out at 15.5mph.

The Bosch Kiox 300 colour display makes speed, battery level and ride information easy to check. Used with a compatible smartphone and the Bosch eBike Flow app, it also supports navigation and connected ride features. Walk assist helps when pushing the bike.

800Wh capacity for longer rides

The integrated Bosch PowerTube 800Wh battery can be removed for charging and storage. Maximum range is approximately 100 miles in favourable conditions. Actual range depends on weather, terrain, rider and luggage weight, assistance level and riding style, so allow a margin when planning a longer journey.

Comfort for daily journeys

A Suntour Mobie A32 suspension fork with 75mm of travel and a suspension seatpost help take the edge off uneven surfaces. The adjustable aluminium stem, Comfort Riser handlebar, Herrmans Nucore Town grips and Selle Royal Essenza Plus Stracciatella saddle support a relaxed, upright position.

Equipped for commuting and leisure

Tektro T3120 hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors provide controlled braking. Schwalbe Green Marathon tyres, extra-long aluminium mudguards, an adjustable rear stand and integrated lights complete the everyday equipment. The Spanninga Pimento Large rear light includes a brake-light function, and the MIK HD rear carrier is rated to carry up to 27kg within the bike’s 150kg total system weight limit.

Choose your frame and finish

The Low Step (Wave) frame is available in Deepsagegreen Matt or Diamondblack Matt in S 43cm, M 48cm, L 53cm and XL 58cm. The Crossbar (Diamond) frame comes in Diamondblack Matt in M 48cm, L 53cm, XL 58cm and XXL 63cm.
