Gazelle Ultimate C380 Electric Bike

The Gazelle Ultimate C380 is a premium, low-maintenance electric trekking bike built for comfortable everyday riding, longer leisure rides and commuting. It combines Bosch Smart System power with stepless Enviolo gearing, a Gates carbon belt drive and a comfortable, confidence-inspiring chassis.

Bosch Performance Line PX

The Performance Line PX delivers 85Nm of torque with smooth, natural assistance. It is well suited to hills, headwinds and longer rides while retaining the refined feel expected from the Ultimate range.

540Wh, 600Wh or 800Wh Battery

Choose the Bosch Intube battery capacity that best suits your riding. All three batteries are integrated neatly into the frame and removable for charging. Actual range varies with assistance mode, terrain, rider weight, weather and riding style.

Enviolo Stepless Gearing and Gates Belt Drive

The Enviolo Trekking Manual hub lets you adjust the gearing continuously with a twist of the control rather than moving through fixed gears. The Gates CDX carbon belt is clean, quiet and exceptionally low maintenance, with no chain lubrication required.

Comfort and Control

The stable aluminium Low-Step frame, SR Suntour MOBIE 34 Air suspension fork with 80mm travel, suspension seatpost and ergonomic Ergon GP1-L grips are designed to keep the bike composed and comfortable on longer rides and rougher roads.

Powerful Four-Piston Braking

Shimano MT420 hydraulic disc brakes use four-piston calipers for strong, predictable braking in varied weather conditions.

Bosch Kiox 500 Smart System Display

The removable Kiox 500 colour display provides clear ride information and works with the Bosch Smart System and eBike Flow app for connected ride functions and navigation.

The Ultimate C380 comes ready for practical year-round use with Schwalbe The Green Marathon tyres, aluminium mudguards, an MIK HD rear carrier, AXA ART** frame lock, Herrmans MR10 front light, Spanninga Commuter Glow rear light and Ursus Mooi kickstand.

Warranty

Gazelle provides a ten-year warranty for the frame, five-year cover for the fork and paint, and two-year cover for the motor, battery, display and other components, subject to Gazelle's terms and conditions.

Choosing your Ultimate C380

The stepless Enviolo hub is worth trying if you prefer adjusting the pedalling resistance without fixed gear steps. The Gates belt drive avoids chain lubrication, while the low-step frame, suspension fork and suspension seatpost are useful features to compare on a test ride.

Choose from the listed 540Wh, 600Wh and 800Wh battery options according to your journeys and charging routine. A larger battery adds capacity, but actual range depends on terrain, assistance level, weather and the load carried.
