Gazelle Easyflow C8 — Confidence Starts Before You Even Set Off

The Gazelle Easyflow C8 is a very different kind of electric bike. Designed around comfort, stability and ease of use, it's particularly well suited to shorter riders and anyone who finds a conventional full-size e-bike simply feels too tall or overwhelming.

The Easyflow C8 uses smaller 24-inch wheels and an XS 46cm frame suitable for riders approximately 149cm–170cm tall.

More importantly, Gazelle has designed the riding position so you can comfortably reach the ground while remaining seated.

Come to a junction, stop the bike and simply put your feet down. There's no need to slide forward off the saddle every time you stop.

For somebody who has previously tried an e-bike and immediately felt overwhelmed by its height or size, this can make an enormous difference to confidence.

Automatic Gears — Just Get On and Ride

One of the Easyflow C8's standout features is its Shimano Nexus 8 Di2 electronic hub gearing.

You can choose between automatic and manual gear shifting. Select automatic and the bike takes care of the gear changes for you, leaving you to concentrate on the road and enjoy the ride.

For somebody who hasn't ridden a bicycle for years, this makes the Easyflow wonderfully straightforward.

Choose your assistance level, start pedalling and ride. There's no need to constantly think about which gear you should be in.

Prefer to control the gears yourself? Simply switch back to manual electronic shifting.

Smooth Shimano EP5 Mid-Drive Motor

Power comes from the Shimano EP5 mid-drive motor, producing a smooth 50Nm of torque.

Rather than overwhelming the rider with unnecessary power, the EP5 provides natural-feeling assistance that perfectly complements the Easyflow's relaxed and confidence-inspiring character.

Choose between Eco, Normal and High assistance modes depending on how much support you need, while Walk Assist helps when manoeuvring the bike off the saddle.

Comfortable, Upright and Easy to Control

Everything about the Easyflow has been designed around relaxed riding.

The curved comfort handlebars and adjustable stem create a naturally upright riding position, giving you an excellent view of the road ahead without putting unnecessary pressure on your hands, wrists or shoulders.

Wide Schwalbe Big Ben Plus tyres add comfort and stability, while the Selle Royal saddle and ergonomic Ergon grips make longer journeys more enjoyable.

The smaller 24-inch wheels also help create a lower, more manageable bike that feels easy to control.

Designed Around Everyday Safety

Being able to stop comfortably is just as important as being able to ride comfortably.

Powerful Tektro hydraulic disc brakes provide dependable braking, while the Easyflow's low centre of gravity and smaller wheels help create a stable, confidence-inspiring ride.

A fitted rear-view mirror allows you to see what's approaching from behind without constantly turning around, while integrated front and rear lighting helps keep you visible.

The Easyflow also comes equipped with an AXA ring lock, with the option of adding a compatible plug-in security cable.

Practical Enough for Everyday Life

The Easyflow isn't just about comfort.

A sturdy MIK rear carrier, rated to carry up to 27kg, allows compatible panniers, baskets and bags to be quickly fitted and removed, making it equally suitable for shopping, everyday journeys or longer countryside rides.

The battery is removable too, allowing you to charge it away from the bike when required.

The Gazelle Easyflow C8 is particularly suited to shorter riders, people returning to cycling after a long break and anyone who has tried a conventional e-bike and found it simply feels too big or intimidating.
